Salary: $186,000 - $280,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Design and launch AI-enabled cardiometabolic care solutions focusing on diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.
• Translate complex clinical needs into clear, actionable product requirements based on evidence and best practices.
• Act as a liaison between clinicians, product managers, engineers, and business teams to create compliant solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure products are clinically sound and meet user needs.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze user feedback to prioritize features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with care operations to develop training materials for clinicians.

Requirements

• Current clinical license and credential as an MD, nurse practitioner, RN, or RD.
• 5+ years of direct diabetes/obesity care experience via telemedicine or virtual care.
• 2+ years of informatics or medical product/clinical development experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the US.

Nice to have

• Active credential as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).
• Board Certified - Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM®) or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile development practices and ceremonies.
• Technical training in informatics, public health, healthcare management, or a technology-related field.
