What you will do

• Lead clinical product development by serving as the primary clinical voice for Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Translate complex care workflows and value-based care levers into clear, actionable clinical requirements.
• Champion the end-user experience by synthesizing provider feedback and ensuring high clinical usability and safety.
• Establish and manage pre-launch clinical QA standards and validation processes.
• Monitor industry trends in primary care and value-based care to identify new product opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (E-Verify company).
• Active MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related primary care field.
• 10+ years of direct patient care experience in primary care settings.
• 3+ years of experience in health technology product development, EHR optimization, or clinical informatics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions and guide non-clinical teams toward sound clinical decisions.

Nice to have

• Deep familiarity with value-based care workflows, risk adjustment, and quality metrics (HEDIS/Stars).
• Prior experience partnering directly with product management and UX designers in a healthtech environment.
