What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Coach Copilot platform.
• Deliver AI-powered workflows, smart drafts, and summaries to improve coaching quality and program adherence.
• Partner with clinical leaders and coaches to identify high-impact opportunities for automation.
• Translate complex clinical problems into intuitive product requirements and experiences.
• Balance immediate operational needs with long-term architectural scalability.
• Define success metrics and iterate based on user feedback and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of owning a product area from vision to value with measurable business impact.
• Experience building complex AI-powered experiences, ideally leveraging LLMs.
• Strong operational product thinking with the ability to untangle complex problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams and manage the product development lifecycle end-to-end.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
