Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the Inpatient Scribe roadmap for hospitalists and specialists, covering the full cycle from admission to discharge.
• Develop a documentation experience that handles complex inpatient care, including multi-encounter days and team-based rounding.
• Drive measurable clinician outcomes, specifically reducing time-to-chart and improving documentation completeness.
• Lead the product vision for Patient Summary and Chart Chat, creating a conversational interface for medical records.
• Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks for summarization accuracy, completeness, and clinical safety.
• Partner with Engineering and Clinical AI/ML teams to adapt models to inpatient-specific language patterns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of a vertical product line or platform.
• Track record of rapidly building deep domain expertise in complex, unfamiliar domains.
• Strong technical fluency with AI/ML products, API integrations, and complex system design.
• Experience driving adoption in complex enterprise environments with multi-persona buying committees.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with ambient AI, NLP, clinical documentation, or chart summarization technology.
• Prior 0-to-1 product vertical experience.
