What you will do

• Own the full finance function, including Strategic Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and global business operations.
• Design the financial architecture, pricing strategy, and unit economics for an AI-native agentic platform.
• Lead capital markets strategy and investor relationships to prepare the company for Series D financing.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, translating financial insights into company strategy and capital allocation.
• Optimize the global corporate structure and legal entities to support international scaling and efficiency.
• Modernize the finance organization by implementing AI, automation, and intelligent agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Experience as a CFO or senior finance executive at a high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise software company.
• Proven track record of scaling a business from approximately $20M to $100M+ ARR.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Successful leadership of Series C, Series D, or later fundraising efforts.
• Experience managing finance across multiple international jurisdictions and complex global entity structures.
• AI-native leadership approach, with a habit of using AI and automation in daily professional workflows.
