What you will do

• Own financial models, operating plans, and scenario planning for the business.
• Partner with teams on headcount planning, budgeting, and investment tradeoffs.
• Track and analyze revenue, costs, and margin drivers to highlight business trends.
• Build and maintain internal dashboards and reporting systems.
• Support pricing strategies, forecasting, and board/investor communications.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as marketing ROI analysis and vendor negotiations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5-7 years of experience in strategic finance, PE, investment banking, or early-stage operating roles (or a CFA).
• Experience building operating models in a SaaS or B2B startup environment.
• Proven track record in board reporting and annual planning cycles.
• Demonstrated experience modeling SaaS metrics including ARR, CAC, and burn ratios.
• Ability to design internal reporting systems and planning rituals.
