What you will do

• Lead financial modeling for acquisitions, spin-offs, IPOs, and other liquidity events across the portfolio.
• Perform comparable company analysis to inform fundraising, benchmarks, and strategic planning.
• Develop and manage diverse financial models, including scenario planning and cash planning for incubations.
• Monitor and analyze core performance metrics such as ROI, gross margins, and CAC/LTV.
• Collaborate with sales, ops, and technical teams to optimize business economics.
• Prepare investment committee and investor materials in collaboration with the Director of Finance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or FP&A.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion.
