What you will do

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial closes, consolidations, and board-level reporting.
• Establish quarterly budgets, rolling forecasts, and unit economic analysis for the full P&L.
• Define and maintain quote-to-cash processes, including invoicing, collections, and credit risk management.
• Partner with Product and GTM teams to design and measure monetization strategies and pricing experiments.
• Own deal desk guardrails, discount policies, and sales compensation programs.
• Support external audits and SOC 2 readiness in collaboration with the CTO.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS finance or accounting with end-to-end ownership of Q2C and revenue recognition.
• Proven track record in building and managing Deal Desk and sales compensation programs.
• Strong ability to write processes and policies while operating effectively across Product and GTM functions.
• English: C1+ proficiency required for frequent collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in improving financial close times, forecasting accuracy, and DSO.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLG monetization experiments.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 audit processes and evidence management.
• Hands-on experience integrating ERP, billing, data, and CRM systems.
