What you will do

• Manufacture complex, high-precision components used in flight-critical systems.
• Set up and grind complex parts in a high-mix, low-volume production environment.
• Perform detailed inspection of all work using various gauges, including Micrometers and Dial Bore Gauges.
• Read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions.
• Collaborate with team members to problem-solve process issues within the work area.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of machining experience OR graduation from a formal manufacturing, machining, or CNC certification program.
• Demonstrated experience setting up and troubleshooting CNC machines.
• Proficiency using measuring equipment such as Micrometers and Dial Bore Gauges.
• Competency in reading and interpreting blueprints and written instructions.
• Must participate in the F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program and have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
