Senior Consultant — Advisory

Location: United States; Remote

Compensation: $150,000–$250,000 per year in on-target earnings, including base salary and applicable target bonus.

What you will do

• Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops and manage customer expectations.
• Lead technical project teams and manage objectives, requirements, milestones, dependencies, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Break complex problems into manageable segments and determine appropriate project approaches.
• Create, edit, and present project deliverables to client executive management.
• Support business development through discovery meetings, project scoping, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Enhance advisory and deployment offerings, track IT trends and standards, act as a technology thought leader, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience as a senior technology leader and at least three years of executive technology consulting experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, listening ability, and the ability to connect with different personalities.
• Demonstrated business acumen, executive presence, and experience as a technology change agent.
• Ability to solve complex, abstract problems.
• Established leadership experience directing diverse advisory and delivery teams and managing client engagements.
