What you will do

• Commission AV systems at client sites, optimizing equipment settings and completing quality checklists.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by tracing signal flow and engaging appropriate parties for resolution.
• Configure AV networks and coordinate connectivity with client network teams.
• Create and modify DSP files, emphasizing AEC optimization for videoconferencing.
• Document system changes via redlines and return them to the project management and design teams.
• Provide feedback to design and pre-sales engineering to improve future system implementations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a relevant industry, field installation, or systems design.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex AV and network systems, including MTR and Zoom Rooms.
• DSP certification from Biamp, QSC, or BSS.
• Control certification from QSC, Extron, or Crestron.
• Ability to lift 40lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and willingness to travel frequently.
