Location: Onsite at the hirify.global Training Center in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; flexible shifts required.

Salary: CAD 24.50–28.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on flight simulators and associated systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and assist with refurbishment and hardware modifications.
• Complete pre-flight and post-flight checks, basic visual alignments, and automated QTG runs.
• Record maintenance activities and manage parts through receipt, repair, testing, and validation.
• Complete designated training and follow hirify.global quality-management procedures.
• Provide customer support, housekeeping, administrative assistance, and other technical-services support.

Requirements

• Two-year technical degree or four years of experience in electronics, avionics, or a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to interpret system prints and schematics and operate oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and logic analyzers.
• Knowledge of analog and digital theory, computer systems, Microsoft Office, soldering, and circuit-board repair.
• Fluent English required. Ability to stand, walk, sit for 8–10 hours, lift 25 pounds or more, and work in confined or varied equipment spaces.
