What you will do

• Develop and monitor Quality Control plans, including material inspection and verification of project specifications.
• Manage multi-disciplinary commercial delivery across construction, HVAC, electrical, civil, and building operations.
• Oversee sub-contractors' workflows, coordinate site orientation, and manage material procurement.
• Maintain and update the Master Schedule daily, reporting progress and identifying deficiencies.
• Support cost control measures through budget preparation and cost analysis.

Requirements

• Background in Building, Engineering, or Commercial sectors.
• Knowledge of power and hand tools.
• Demonstrated training and experience in Health and Safety per the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Proven experience in Quality Control Management planning and processes.
• Clean Driving Abstract and a clear criminal record check.
