What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical repair requests at client sites.
• Execute retrofits, new installations, and repairs for government, educational, and commercial properties.
• Collaborate with a centralized dispatch coordinator to ensure timely task completion and efficient site visits.
• Provide expert recommendations to the Operations Manager for asset refurbishment and recurring problem solutions.
• Manage work requests and documentation via a mobile application.
• Maintain truck stock inventory and tool catalogues.

Requirements

• Licensed 309A technician.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a service environment.
• Must live locally in Yellowknife, NT.
• Ability to obtain Federal and Local security clearances.
• Experience working with diverse building types and electrical assets.

Nice to have

• Experience with electrical retrofitting.
