What you will do

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and plumbing tasks for the assigned site.
• Conduct risk assessments and adhere to pre-work safety plans and job plans.
• Estimate required time and materials for various building repairs.
• Manage and close work orders within the timeframe specified in the response time policy.
• Maintain tools and materials for the work site.
• Coordinate work status with client groups via the central call center.

Requirements

• 4th class power engineer designation.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar maintenance position.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to obtain Secret Status security clearance.
• Building operator certificate or equivalent.
• English: Fluent (oral and written) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMMS and BAS.
• Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, and databases.
