Salary: $110K – $150K + Equity

What you will do

• Conduct structured product walkthroughs to identify friction points in the user journey.
• Monitor and synthesize user feedback from reviews and support tickets into actionable insights.
• Drive bug triage and resolution in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance features.
• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to improve the purchase funnel.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and technical requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations.
• Residency in specific US states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA) or Ontario, Canada.
• Ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.
• Strong analytical skills to independently structure and interpret data.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
