Associate Product Manager (EdTech)

Location: Must be based in San Mateo, CA (onsite)

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Advocate for students, teachers, and parents to deeply understand and implement their needs.
• Define project goals and gather comprehensive requirements for new features.
• Create detailed written specifications and user flows for all product functionality.
• Collaborate with visual designers to build innovative and clean user interfaces.
• Partner with engineering teams to align technical decisions with product objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of features to provide maximum value to learners.

Requirements

• Location: Must work from the San Mateo, CA headquarters office
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field.
• Strong analytical reasoning and independent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Interest in K-12 education; classroom or teaching experience is a plus.

Nice to have

• Coursework or experience in computer programming and web technologies.
• Knowledge or interest in design thinking and UI/UX design.
