Product Manager, Growth (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; working in the office 5 days a week

What you will do

• Own the activation metric and define how users become active and productive on the platform.
• Own the self-serve product offering, including its scope, pricing, packaging, strategic role, and success metrics.
• Own the roadmap for multiple major product areas and translate customer pain points and data into product improvements.
• Coordinate across engineering pods, Marketing, BizOps, Deployment, and research to ship product features.
• Drive product launches from concept through release and build scalable frameworks and processes for the growing product organization.
• Work with enterprise customers and leadership while contributing to the future role of Product in software factory-driven organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience spanning product and engineering roles.
• Deep developer tools experience or at least one year in an engineering role.
• Experience leading Growth teams in an enterprise context with a fast-paced, scientific product mindset.
• Strong technical foundation and experience designing, building, and shipping complex technical products with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to lead product launches with meaningful user adoption or commercial impact.
• Hands-on engagement with the AI ecosystem, including coding agents, model capabilities, and emerging industry trends; ability to work effectively in high-ambiguity environments.
