Senior Product Manager, Applied AI

Location: Remote - US

Base pay range: $153,935–$213,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Map business workflows by shadowing support agents, accountants, and other functional teams to identify manual steps, handoffs, and delays.
• Prioritize repetitive, high-volume, time-consuming workloads with functional leaders.
• Define and baseline cycle-time or unit metrics before development begins.
• Work with hirify.globalering to design and ship internal automation using AI tools and agents at hirify.global’s scale.
• Scope initial releases, roll them out to users, and establish ownership within each function.
• Evaluate results against agreed metrics and recommend improvements or stopping the work when targets are not met.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with internal tools, operations, or workflow products.
• Experience taking at least one AI or automation product into production.
• Experience mapping complex business processes and removing time-consuming steps.
• Ability to baseline cycle time, define business metrics, and account for model and hirify.globalering costs.
• Understanding of LLM and agent capabilities, failure modes, evaluations, and human review in workflows.
• Ability to influence leaders without direct authority and maintain clear product scope.
