Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Base pay range: $153,935–$213,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own a customer-facing product area from vision and strategy through roadmap, discovery, launch, and iteration.
• Use UX research, behavioral data, and customer conversations to identify product opportunities.
• Improve conversion, engagement, and retention by defining key metrics and analyzing the product funnel.
• Use AI tools for prototyping, research synthesis, specification writing, and customer experience improvements.
• Partner with hirify.globalering, Design, Data, Sales, Operations, and Support to align priorities and deliver outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience.
• Experience with customer-facing products, ideally in marketplaces, booking, travel, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Strong product sense, customer empathy, generalist skills, and a data-driven approach.
• Experience with UX reviews, funnel analysis, and A/B test readouts.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic products, or using modern AI tools in daily work.
• Ability to communicate product decisions clearly, move with urgency, and take ownership of outcomes.
