Salary: $110,500 - $196,500

What you will do

• Manage 3PL partnerships for warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, reverse logistics, and international shipping.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and SLA development to align with cost, service, and quality requirements.
• Oversee outsourced fulfillment operations, monitoring inbound/outbound inventory flows and tracking performance KPIs.
• Optimize the transportation network across parcel, LTL, and FTL channels to balance speed and cost.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive returns and reverse logistics strategy.
• Ensure international shipping compliance with customs, import/export regulations, and trade policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or Business (Master's preferred).
• 10-12+ years of logistics, supply chain, or operations experience with leadership responsibility.
• Minimum 5 years of direct 3PL management experience, including contract negotiation and SLA governance.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple logistics channels including warehousing, transportation, and returns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive operational decisions.
• Ability to travel 20-30% to 3PL partner sites and corporate offices.

Nice to have

• APICS CSCP, CLTD, or similar supply chain certifications.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, or supply chain visibility platforms.
• Experience in the publishing, media, or education materials industry.
• Familiarity with customs brokerage and international trade compliance.
