What you will do

• Develop and communicate a unified "north star" business vision for fulfillment capabilities and tools.
• Independently manage and execute large-scale cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery.
• Establish governance frameworks and operational routines to empower cross-functional teams.
• Analyze and evolve customer-facing services and fulfillment systems to optimize cost, speed, and quality.
• Partner with VP-level executives to present strategic briefs and comprehensive business cases.
• Act as a consultative partner to internal teams to iterate on fulfillment strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, logistics, fulfillment, or a related corporate domain.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale, fast-moving cross-functional programs.
• Substantial experience creating and presenting strategic briefs directly to Director and VP-level executives.
• Strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to solving problems in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
