Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage ocean bookings and shipping strategies in coordination with manufacturing and procurement teams.
• Coordinate inbound drayage and domestic trucking for units, parts, and components to Giga facilities.
• Oversee outbound domestic trucking of finished products like transformers and switchgear to customer sites.
• Prepare export documentation and manage international shipments and communication with overseas partners.
• Own the customs clearance process, including product classifications and duty spend monitoring.
• Review and validate invoices from drayage, trucking, and customs brokers to track landed costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight operations, preferably in industrial or electrical infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of international freight, customs processes, and Incoterms.
• Experience handling oversized and breakbulk cargo (heavy electrical equipment).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for managing shipment data and trackers.
• Must be based in or able to work from US hubs (SF, Long Beach, Houston), unless qualifying as exceptional talent.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center infrastructure, electrical equipment, or modular construction supply chains.
• Familiarity with ERP or TMS systems for supply chain visibility.
• Language skills in Spanish or Mandarin.
