Inventory Specialist (Logistics)

What you will do

• Execute shipping and receiving operations for all inbound and outbound materials.
• Perform picking, packing, and staging of materials to support production workflows.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, and Fleet departments to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain and replenish kanban areas within the manufacturing environment.
• Manage inventory records in the NetSuite ERP system and utilize Google Workspace for tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or large-scale inventory environment.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Workspace applications.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other standard warehouse equipment.
• Valid driver's license and 1+ year of experience driving a 16 ft or larger box truck.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, including kanban and 5S methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
