Forward Logistics Analyst (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage vendor relationships, monitor outbound shipments, and report on KPIs with 3PL partners.
• Lead vendor meetings and train service partners on logistics procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute and implement logistical procedures across the region.
• Partner with Reverse Logistics and Field Service for annual inventory counts for technicians and storage locations.
• Coordinate data entry in SAP based on Salesforce reports and resolve report discrepancies.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical manuals, procedures, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a logistics role.
• Knowledge of supply chain functions including procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Ability to work onsite at Rocklin, CA headquarters on scheduled hybrid days.
• Full US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided for any visa type).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
