Senior Logistics & Operations Associate (CPG)

Location: Fully remote; travel up to 20% for physical inventory counts, team offsites, and special projects

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 base annually, depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for third-party distribution center partners, focusing on outbound logistics and retailer shipments.
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment across retail partners and sales channels.
• Maintain SOPs, vendor guidelines, routing guides, and operational documentation.
• Analyze operational data, shipping records, KPIs, retailer chargebacks, and claims to identify trends and root causes.
• Improve 3PL warehouse fulfillment processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
• Coordinate with Finance and cross-functional teams on inventory, fulfillment, transportation costs, UAT, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or fulfillment within the CPG industry across ecommerce or brick-and-mortar retail.
• Hands-on experience with 3PL warehouses, distribution centers, and B2B order management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, freight logistics, and retailer order fulfillment.
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems, plus advanced Excel skills; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze operational metrics, solve root-cause issues, manage priorities independently, and adapt in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Availability to travel up to 20% for physical inventory counts, team offsites, and special projects.
