Salary: $75,000–$90,000 base plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution center partners, focusing on outbound logistics and retailer shipping.
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment across all retail partners and sales channels.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, measure KPIs, and manage retailer chargebacks and claims.
• Collaborate with Finance to maintain procedural compliance for inventory and fulfillment costs.
• Support continuous improvement of 3PL warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and enhancements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment within the CPG industry.
• Hands-on experience with 3PL warehouses, distribution centers, and B2B order management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, freight logistics, and retailer order fulfillment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for inventory counts and team projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Background in both ecommerce and brick-and-mortar retail operations.
