Salary: $65,000–$75,000 base salary plus annual incentive bonus.

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, patients, and other client stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on clinical outcomes, ROI, patient-centered care, and platform utilization.
- Deliver training, facilitate research participation, and promote use of interactive patient care tools.
- Monitor daily system utilization, identify underused areas, and coordinate improvement initiatives.
- Manage hospital development, content, configuration, and operational issue requests as the project manager.
- Triage hardware and software issues and coordinate their resolution with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4–6 years of military work experience.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is required.
- Demonstrated service excellence and strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, uncertain environment and as part of a remote internal team while based onsite.
- Willingness to complete a federal government background check, regular drug testing, immunizations, and client-specific screenings.
- Ability to comply with information security policies and protect ePHI and PHI under applicable regulations.
