People Operations Coordinator (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in San Jose, CA (five days per week)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary employee-facing point of contact for day-to-day People Ops questions and policy guidance.
• Partner with the team to manage a seamless onboarding process, including welcome communications and administrative setup.
• Develop and maintain internal wikis, FAQs, and self-serve documentation for employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS.
• Assist with general benefits inquiries and open enrollment tasks.
• Provide operational support for performance review cycles, Pulse surveys, and team culture initiatives.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or similar functions (internships and co-ops included).
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Rippling.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with ITAR/EAR export regulations.
• Must be based in and able to work onsite in San Jose, CA, five days per week.
