People Ops Coordinator

What you will do

• Maintain and improve onboarding processes for new employees.
• Coordinate team culture events and employee activities.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and other people systems.
• Provide administrative support for benefits, leave management, employee records, and other HR processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding changes with IT, Finance, and Workplace teams.
• Respond to employee inquiries and support recruitment administration, HR reporting, and compliance updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience in a People or HR-related role.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and employee customer-service skills.
• Basic understanding of HR practices and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively with differing personalities and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency or ability to learn Google Apps, Slack, Ashby, Rippling, and Envoy.
