What you will do

• Design and scale operations for hiring, onboarding, and the entire employee lifecycle from the ground up.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to create scalable systems and workflows for efficient growth.
• Ehirify.globalecute critical day-to-day HR operational processes, including onboarding workflows and employee ehirify.globalits.
• Maintain and optimize underlying Plhirify.global data pipelines and Apps Script dashboards.
• Automate workflows and troubleshoot process improvements leveraging AI tools as a co-pilot.

Requirements

• 3+ years of ehirify.globalperience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
• High proficiency in SQL and ehirify.globalperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
• Ehirify.globalperience with scripting languages such as Python, Google Apps Script, or JavaScript.
• Ability to conceptualize and automate workflows using AI tools for scripting and data querying.
• Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid model in Mountain View, CA.
