What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international shipments of finished goods and parts.
• Architect long-term logistics strategy while managing daily operational tasks like document and label generation.
• Collaborate with the Trade Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to import/export regulations.
• Manage relationships and KPIs for logistics integrators, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
• Maintain shipment schedules and generate comprehensive logistics expense and transit reports.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in logistics, specifically within customs brokerage or freight forwarding agencies.
• Proven track record of scaling operations from zero to one in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Deep understanding of carrier operations, transit routes, and international shipping documentation for hardware.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in modern collaboration tools including Notion and Slack.
