Senior Associate, Recruiting (Digital Assets)

Salary: $110K–$130K per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Revenue and Operations roles, defining role scope, hiring strategy, and candidate profiles with hiring managers.
• Source, engage, and close candidates across sales, account management, marketing, finance, and business operations.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines of active and passive talent.
• Manage recruitment workflows in Ashby while partnering with Recruiting Operations on scheduling and administration.
• Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on market dynamics, compensation benchmarking, and hiring practices.
• Track pipeline health and time-to-fill, deliver hiring insights, provide a high-touch candidate experience, and improve recruiting processes and playbooks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including both agency and in-house recruiting across commercial or business operations functions.
• Ability to source and close candidates across diverse roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility and influence with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System is required; Ashby experience is a significant advantage.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and professional, with strong ownership of requisitions.

Nice to have

• Baseline understanding of capital markets, fintech, or digital assets.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Ashby.
