What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for Revenue & Operations roles, including sales, account management, marketing, finance, and business operations.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines of passive and active talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role scope and hiring strategies.
• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle within the Ashby ATS, leveraging RecOps for administrative support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market dynamics and compensation benchmarking.
• Ensure an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience from first touch through offer.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across agency and in-house roles.
• Proven ability to source and close candidates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to build credibility with senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Ashby is a significant advantage).
• Must be based in New York for on-site work.
• Baseline understanding of capital markets, fintech, or digital assets is preferred.
