Executive Business Partner

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in the San Francisco office

Salary: $140K – $150K

What you will do

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling needs for executive leadership.
• Partner with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives and drive completion of key deliverables.
• Coordinate international and multi-city travel, including air, hotel, and rentals.
• Handle expense reports, purchase orders, contracts, and budget tracking.
• Prepare meeting materials and manage communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other Executive Business Partners to streamline administrative processes.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience assisting C-Suite leaders.
• High proficiency in Google Suite and other organizational tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline administrative workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with honesty and dependability.
• Must be based in the San Francisco office (Hybrid).
