Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bridgewater, NJ. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence on Mondays and Tuesdays, bi-weekly for new hire orientation.
Salary: $100,000–$126,500 Annual

What you will do
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Talent Discovery & Selection technology ecosystem.
- Identify and implement scalable process improvements and automated recruiting workflows.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and reporting to measure business impact.
- Manage the new hire orientation program.
- Provide backup support for interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Bridgewater, NJ for hybrid work.
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition technology, recruiting operations, or HR technology.
- Experience administering or supporting Workday Recruiting, conversational AI, and candidate relationship management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or Analytics.
