Salary: $100,000–$126,500 Annual

What you will do

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Talent Discovery & Selection technology ecosystem.
• Identify and implement scalable process improvements and automated recruiting workflows.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and reporting to measure business impact.
• Manage the new hire orientation program.
• Provide backup support for interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Bridgewater, NJ for hybrid work.
• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition technology, recruiting operations, or HR technology.
• Experience administering or supporting Workday Recruiting, conversational AI, and candidate relationship management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or Analytics.
