What you will do

• Evaluate, implement, and own the end-to-end recruiting tech stack, including Greenhouse, Gem, and Workday.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale global recruiting processes across People and Engineering teams.
• Develop automated reporting and analyze recruiting data to translate insights into actionable hiring strategies.
• Build AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency within the recruiting function.
• Implement Workday position management for headcount planning in collaboration with Finance.
• Design and maintain training programs and documentation for onboarding and recruiting processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior recruiting operations or people operations role.
• Deep admin-level expertise in Greenhouse, Gem, Workday, and Textio; experience with Ashby is a plus.
• Hands-on experience leading HRIS and ATS integrations and working with APIs.
• Strong background in people analytics with basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience with global hiring and compliance (GDPR, EEO/OFCCP) for EMEA and APAC regions.
• Executive presence and confidence in advising senior leadership and department heads.

Nice to have

• Experience managing or supporting a data warehouse implementation for automated reporting.
• Ability to build Tableau dashboards from scratch.
