What you will do

• Lead complex product initiatives and develop roadmaps aligned with company strategy, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
• Integrate AI tools and agentic workflows into the product development process, from discovery and synthesis to stakeholder communication.
• Design AI-assisted features and experiences, leveraging automation and intelligent systems to evolve user expectations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Define success metrics and establish data-driven feedback loops to measure performance and inform future decisions.
• Mentor junior product managers and share AI-native working habits and toolsets with the broader team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in the US (E-Verify employment eligibility check).
• Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit) daily for synthesis, research, and structured thinking.
• Expertise in user research, usability testing, and UI/UX design principles for complex systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics and BI solutions.
• Ability to operate comfortably with ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
