What you will do

• Research and iterate on customer and agent needs to optimize support experiences.
• Streamline operational workflows to reduce complexity and unlock productivity.
• Identify and lead the implementation of AI and automation to boost agent efficiency.
• Define and drive a thoughtful product roadmap from concept to launch.
• Set success metrics and use experimentation to drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, and Legal.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience crafting intuitive interfaces for both customers and internal users.
• Ability to navigate complex service strategies and debug granular workflows.
• Strong analytical rigor and product intuition to uncover patterns and drive decisions.

• Experience with customer support platforms or internal tools.
• Proven track record of scaling service operations with AI and automation.
