Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Define and execute the roadmap for a new consumer financial product while balancing risk and compliance constraints.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and legal teams to ship high-quality user experiences.
• Use data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement and post-launch optimization.
• Manage third-party partnerships and integrations necessary for product delivery.
• Present data-driven strategies and trade-offs to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of product management experience in consumer fintech or high-growth financial environments.
• Demonstrated track record of owning a product focused on rent or payment splitting.
• Deep understanding of the intersection between consumer experience and financial product constraints.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate development and output.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and collaboration skills.
