What you will do
- Source technical talent in a highly competitive market.
- Partner with founders, engineering leaders, and recruiting leadership to understand hiring objectives.
- Align sourcing strategies with business and technical hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Use networking, events, marketing, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Support a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing.
- Proven success recruiting technical talent in robotics, autonomy, or hardware.
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or another applicant tracking system.
- Experience working in fast-growing, rapidly scaling startups.
