Senior Technical Recruiter (Robotics)

Location: South San Francisco, Boston, New York City, or Seattle, United States; hybrid options are available in South San Francisco and New York City, while Boston is remote.

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Source technical talent in robotics, autonomy, and hardware in a highly competitive market.
• Partner with founders, engineering leaders, and the principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives.
• Align sourcing strategies with business and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Deliver a high-quality, holistic candidate experience.
• Use networking, events, marketing, and other innovative sourcing techniques to attract talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing.
• Proven success sourcing and recruiting technical talent in robotics, autonomy, or hardware.
• Experience using Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or another applicant tracking system.
• Experience working at fast-growing, rapidly scaling startups.
