What you will do

• Source and optimize job openings across various platforms to expand recruitment reach.
• Design and manage application and screening processes in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Manage the offer process, including detailing position terms, remuneration, and benefits.
• Develop and document HR procedures and onboarding workflows for a seamless hire transition.
• Organize online and offline team events to strengthen company culture and engagement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in an HR or recruitment role.
• Proven background in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Experience in performance coaching.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
