What you will do

• Oversee all contract aspects from sales turnover to completion, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
• Manage the planning, scheduling, design, and installation of walkways and passenger boarding bridges.
• Coordinate site visits, customer communications, and project billing/payment applications.
• Manage subcontractors and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient installation at airport sites.
• Handle vendor quotes, purchase orders, and negotiate change orders with clients.
• Maintain project documentation for costing and scheduling while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ability to travel as needed and work extended hours.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish.
