What you will do

• Independently manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, integrated schedules, risk registers, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate project teams while optimizing resource allocation and utilization.
• Establish governance structures and maintain transparent communication plans for all stakeholders.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Track project expenses and implement cost control measures to maintain budget compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Grand Rapids, MI
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience within the material handling industry.
• Strong project management background with proven team leadership and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects.
