What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate injection molding projects through the entire lifecycle from kickoff to completion.
• Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using professional management tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of engineering, manufacturing, and quality personnel.
• Conduct post-mortem reviews and lessons learned to develop best practices for project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
• Eligibility: Due to ITAR regulations, candidates must be U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, or granted refugee/asylee status.
