Platform Manager (Electrical Manufacturing)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $70,000–$105,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships and orders from entry through shipment and delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering, sales, quotations, field service, and internal departments to achieve on-time shipment.
• Review purchase orders and resolve commercial and technical issues.
• Manage engineering handoffs, submittals, releases, and customer-driven change orders.
• Coordinate manufacturing deficiency resolution, site commissioning, and technical support for client-specified integrators.
• Prepare cost proposals, maintain order documentation, and develop reports that identify status issues and potential delays.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States for the remote position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management or a similar position.
• Ability to coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams throughout the order cycle.
• Experience addressing commercial or technical order issues and managing associated documentation.
