What you will do

• Manage the full order cycle from entry to shipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, sales, and field service teams to resolve manufacturing or site commissioning issues.
• Review customer purchase orders and address commercial or technical discrepancies.
• Prepare cost proposals for customer-driven order revisions.
• Participate in engineering handoff meetings and manage the submittal and release process.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential order delays to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in a Project Management or similar role.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
