Salary: $146,530 - $323,830

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of medium to large Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) or Design-Build projects.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, client invoicing, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams of engineers from schematic design through construction administration.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans, staffing plans, and detailed project schedules.
• Partner with sales to create proposals, identify risks, and develop execution strategies.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders to identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Manufacturing (experience in Semi-conductor or Food & Beverage is highly desired).
• Proven experience managing project costs, change management, and financial forecasting.
• Proficiency in developing detailed project schedules using P6 or MS Project.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for interfacing with executive management.
