What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the global consolidated group.
• Support financial statement audits by providing technical accounting memos and calculations for complex transactions.
• Build and enhance internal controls and accounting processes to support global audit requirements.
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure high accuracy within financial statements.
• Collaborate with FP&A on forecasting processes and the recognition of revenue and expenses.
• Manage M&A accounting including ASC 805 valuations, purchase accounting, and equity accounting for stock-based compensation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and CPA certification required.
• 6-8 years of professional accounting and/or finance experience.
• Minimum 3-4 years of "Big 4" public accounting experience.
• 2+ years of accounting experience specifically within an enterprise SaaS organization.
• Deep experience in M&A (buy side and sell side) and Technical Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Workday ERP.
