What you will do

• Support daily operations for high-volume international downmarket and commercial sales segments.
• Translate customer and field feedback into actionable improvement plans.
• Host Deal Desk Office Hours and manage escalations for non-standard deals.
• Track and benchmark sales trends and customer behaviors across international tiers.
• Develop scalable guardrails, templates, and guidelines for high-velocity transactions.
• Manage price lists, products, and quotes within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and Sales/Business Operations or Deal Desk.
• Experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Based in London with full legal working rights (no sponsorship provided).
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
