What you will do

• Support the development and execution of growth strategy, annual planning, long-range planning, and operating plans.
• Own the business operating rhythm, including monthly reviews, QBRs, KPI governance, and executive performance reporting.
• Conduct market assessments, customer segmentation, industry analysis, competitive intelligence, and market sizing.
• Lead complex analyses, forecasting models, predictive analytics, and scenario-planning frameworks.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, executive presentations, and decision-support materials.
• Monitor strategic initiatives, risks, dependencies, resources, and business impact while partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business strategy, strategic planning, business operations, analytics, consulting, or enterprise SaaS organizations.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in strategic planning, advanced analytics, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software and SaaS business models.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or subscription businesses.
• Experience monitoring AI, cloud, and technology trends and assessing their strategic implications.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
