What you will do

• Coordinate client, partner, and internal stakeholder communications, follow-ups, timelines, dependencies, and action items.
• Support business development initiatives, partnership discussions, merchant onboarding, sales opportunities, and strategic projects.
• Maintain sales and project pipelines, documentation, action trackers, and management reports.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, proposals, summary notes, and post-meeting follow-ups.
• Use AI and workflow automation tools to improve reporting, documentation, data analysis, and administrative processes.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to communication, coordination, and project execution.

Requirements

• Strong interest in business operations, project coordination, business development, and stakeholder management.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini; basic knowledge of AI or workflow automation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
